We believe that it is time to reshape how we celebrate people so instead of judging freelancers, founders and teams we will be recognising their tireless hard work.

  • Most definitely. We want to challenge the traditional culture that surrounds awards. One way we will do that is by giving you the opportunity to nominate the people you think deserve recognition. This might be because of their work in the community or their tireless commitment to encouraging others, whatever it is we want to hear about it.

  • Our awards are completely free because we aren’t prepared to use them as a way to generate revenue. We reinvest in a collection of initiatives because we think it's important to develop opportunities that support our community. All we ask is for you to nominate the people that deserve recognition and we will do the rest.

  • We worked in collaboration with LazebyBrown and Hot Dot Laser to create our original award reflecting our passion for personal and professional development. The shape is inspired by our logo and moving forward we will be collaborating with freelancers to produce a unique design that reflects our communities incredible work.
